“The Magic If” began in March 2020 when an evening of Theatre Sports was planned as a social event at local Warragul Café ‘Shed 28’ which now no longer exists. ‘Off The Leash Theatre’ were the winners of Heat 1. While a Heat 2 and a final were planned, COVID put an end to further events running that year. Local creatives, Amy Robson and Mel Crookston have been crucial collaborators since this time, ensuring that the event has been able to continue in the time since. Their assistance along with a range of other volunteers in various contexts has been and continues to be greatly appreciated.
